The short version
We collect the data we need to ship you jewelry and nothing more. We don't sell your info. Ever.
What we collect
- Order info: name, shipping address, email, phone (if provided), and what you bought.
- Payment info: handled by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. We never see or store your card number.
- Site usage: pages visited, device type, traffic source — collected by Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics to help us improve the store.
- Email preferences: if you sign up for our list, we store your email and what you've engaged with.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, send tracking updates, respond to support requests, send marketing emails you've opted into, and improve the site. That's the full list.
Who we share it with
Only the partners we need to run the store: Shopify (hosting + payments), our fulfillment partners (to ship your order), Klaviyo (email), Google (analytics), and shipping carriers. All of them are bound by their own data agreements.
What we never do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share it with data brokers.
- We don't use it to train AI models.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we have on you, request corrections, or request deletion. Email privacy@shopstoneblvd.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have specific rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR, and CCPA. Same email reaches the same person — just mention which law applies.
Cookies
We use cookies for cart persistence, checkout, analytics, and marketing attribution. You can manage them in your browser settings. Blocking them may break checkout.
