Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no codes.

United States — Free · 7–15 business days

Canada — Free · 10–20 business days

Australia — Free · 10–20 business days

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

All orders ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Every order is tracked end-to-end — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders to Canada and Australia may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

30 days. Unworn, original packaging, full refund. No restocking fees.

Email hello@shopstoneblvd.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive it, your refund lands back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Sale and clearance items are final sale. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Custom, engraved, or personalized pieces are non-returnable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery — a quick photo of the item with its packaging and shipping label speeds things up. We'll replace it or refund it, your call. This covers every order, including final-sale items.

Lost orders

If your order never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
