Who we are

Stone Blvd is an online jewelry brand based in California, United States. We sell moissanite jewelry and ship worldwide. "We," "us," and "Stone Blvd" mean the same thing throughout these terms. You can reach us any time at hello@shopstoneblvd.com.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in USD. The price shown on a product page is our everyday price — we do not display reference or "was" prices for sales that did not happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed on mispriced items, or refuse service for any lawful reason. If we cancel your order, we refund you in full.

Product information

We describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly on your screen. Stone sizes are listed in carats and millimeters. Metal content (925 sterling silver, 14K or 18K gold plating, etc.) is stated on every product page.

Moissanite is a real gemstone — silicon carbide. It is not a diamond, and we never call it one. We do not supply an independent grading certificate with our pieces, and we do not claim third-party certification. If anything about a product description is unclear, email us before you buy.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping & Returns policy. It's part of these terms. In short: 30-day returns, and anything that arrives damaged, wrong, or missing is always covered — email returns@shopstoneblvd.com and we'll make it right.

We do not offer a separate product warranty beyond this returns policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

All content on shopstoneblvd.com — photos, copy, designs, branding — belongs to Stone Blvd. Don't copy it, scrape it, or reuse it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
