Lifetime Stone Warranty
Moissanite doesn't cloud, yellow, or lose its fire. It's a 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale — second only to diamond. We're confident enough in the stone to stand behind it for as long as you own the piece.
What's covered
For the life of the piece, for the original purchaser, we'll replace your item free of charge if:
- The stone cracks, chips, or clouds under normal wear
- The stone loses its brilliance or changes colour
- The stone falls out because of a manufacturing defect in the setting
What's not covered
This is a warranty on the stone, not on everything that can happen to jewellery. It doesn't cover:
- Plating wear, tarnish, or discolouration of the metal — normal for plated jewellery over time
- Bent, snapped, or crushed settings caused by impact, pressure, or improper wear
- Scratches, dents, or general wear to the metal
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from chemicals, chlorine, saltwater, perfume, or abrasive cleaners
- Any piece that has been resized, repaired, or serviced by someone other than us
- Items without proof of purchase
How to make a claim
Email hello@shopstoneblvd.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the piece showing the issue
We'll review it and, if it's covered, ship you a replacement at no cost. You don't need to send the original piece back.
A few details
- Original purchaser only. This warranty isn't transferable and doesn't apply to resold items.
- One replacement per item. Each piece is covered for one warranty replacement.
- We replace, we don't refund. Warranty claims are resolved with a replacement piece, not a cash refund. For refunds, see our Return & Refund Policy.
- If your piece is discontinued, we'll replace it with a comparable piece of equal or greater value from our current collection.
- Normal wear only. This covers manufacturing and material defects, not accidents.
